Born and raised in the picturesque town of Midland, Ontario, I embarked on my creative journey as a bright-eyed, ambitious student at Sheridan College’s Media Arts program in 1998. Fast forward to 2001, the year of my triumphant graduation, and then leap another two decades into the future. You’ll find a seasoned creative professional with a diverse skill set that would rival even the most accomplished Renaissance polymath.

Throughout my distinguished career, I have honed my expertise in graphic design, web design, illustration, animation, motion graphics, video production, and photography. However, as fate would have it, my true passions eventually emerged: filmmaking and photography.

My most notable cinematic achievement is “Start Local,” a feature-length documentary that explores the compelling world of community nurturing and its profound impact on society. For those intrigued by the supernatural, I have created “Haunted Huronia,” a captivating 9-episode television series that uncovers the ghostly tales of the Huronia region. Additionally, my poignant short film “Spoons,” which tells the story of a man with dementia, captured the audience’s attention at the Director’s Guild of America in Hollywood.

In a more recent creative endeavor, I crafted the film “Dopplebagger” and secured the top prize at the 2021 24-hour film challenge. This five-minute emotional rollercoaster features a protagonist wearing a paper bag on their head throughout the entire film, showcasing the unexpected depth of such a simple prop.

As a multi-talented artist, I am constantly seeking new creative projects to engage with. If you have a project that could benefit from my unique blend of professionalism, edgy humor, and dry wit, please do not hesitate to get in touch. Together, we can create something truly extraordinary.
